Jcarlostravel has the right to cancel the excursion due to bad weather or security, our client has the option to change it for another excursion to the extent possible and/or available or opt for a disbursement.
Cancellation notified 24 hours before the pick-up time for the activity: disbursement of 75%
If unfortunately you need to cancel at the last minute due to illness, please send us a medical proof
Cancellations within 48 hours. does not generate charges or penalties.
No show customers will be penalized with the total amount already paid, if it is a group it will be penalized by the person or people who do not show up.
If you are a cruise customer please also read these policies;
If the ship changes the arrival time as far as possible we will change the time of the excursion or offer you another option that suits you better with the time that the ship would last in port.
If the ship changes the itinerary to another destination, you will have a refund in the same form of payment.
